1. Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to track (5).

2. Install track (5).

3. Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to track shoe (4). The weight of track shoe (4) is
approximately 45 kg (100 lb).
Note: Remove all dirt, rust, and paint from the mating master link surfaces, the threads, and the
master shoe mating surfaces.

4. Connect track master link (2).

5. Apply Tooling (C) to the threads, the body, and the washer face of new bolts (3).

6. Install track shoe (4) and new bolts (3). Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of 750 ± 70 N·m (553 ± 52 lb ft)
in the sequence shown. Turn bolts (3) to an additional angle of 120 ± 5 degrees in the same
sequence.

7. Remove Tooling (B).

8. Raise the blade and remove Tooling (A) from under both sides of the blade.

9. Position the machine to remove the suitable cribbing.

10. Adjust the track tension. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Track Tension -
Check/Adjust" for the correct procedure.
