6. What is an IP address and DNS?

IP address: Unique identifier of a device on a network

DNS: Translates website names (like google.com) into IP addresses

immediately, I assure them Ill escalate or follow up quickly.

Im a quick learner, patient while solving problems, and have strong communication skills. I stay calm under pressure

and genuinely enjoy helping others with technical issues. Im also adaptable and open to learning new tools and

systems.

Sometimes I take more time than necessary to double-check my work because I want to avoid mistakes. But Im learning

to balance speed with accuracy and improve my efficiency with practice.
