 2. Company Profile

With an interest of promoting quality services through different types of events, Mr. Ric Negrillo, Event
Manager started by financing and investing a business named Naruto Shippuden Events Inc. (NASHEI) in
the year 2010. NASHEI had been built as a company who offers good quality and distinct event and
venue management to the entire Filipino enthusiast. It is located near AMA Computer Learning Center,
666 Brgy. Molave, Tanauan City, Batangas. NASHEI offers complete event management and planning,
promotion and production, entertainment, variety and cultural shows stirring with technological and
innovative ideas.

NASHEI start its first event management handling in the year 2012 entitled, “POP Music Festival” which
aims to promote music industry in our country. This event was a successful one. People remembered of
its one of a kind program in which variety of pop music were performed by leading professional and
singing artist. It is a truly classical event which caters old and new songs embroidered by choreography
and highly technical performance.

A year after, in the late 2013 another major events were produced by NASHEI which focused on cultural
presentation of the Region IV-A comprises of Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon respectively.
The presentation is all about the use of indigenous materials of each province and promoting it by
means of choreographed dance on the street of Batangas City. This successful event made the NASHEI
to be the leading primer for event management and event services.

Creating powerful major events and transitional services is our company’s sphere. To help its clientele, it
provides consultation and site surveying and to discuss further arrangement and program
appropriateness. Our company is open every day from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 pm. with

3. Event Description

Rock Festival 2014 dubbed as YUGTO: Rock and Band for a Cause is a benefit concert centered on
reinforcing music industry to produce world class rock band around the world. It adheres to appreciate
art of music and help the senior citizen in supporting their basic needs and good quality of life. This
benefit concert will be held on November 8, 2014 at SM Mall of Asia Ground, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay
City, Manila. This event will start at 6:00 in the evening for registration following the major events after.
The festival will run for about 5 hours as per estimation.

Rock Festival is a contest open to everyone who wishes to show their talents in rock music. It comprises
of a series of old songs in which a participating band will be rendered with several criteria. The old songs
which will be performed shall be Tagalong songs where the original singers are all Filipino citizens. This
in turns gives priority to the Philippine Music Industry and to show people the value of it.

For early management of the said event, the NASHEI will start by designing the logo that captures the
attention of people. The logo will also be used in tarpaulins and posters for event’s advertisement. Social
networking such as Facebook and Twitter will also be utilized for enticing people to come and join. The
start of the ads and promotions will be on September 5, 2014 and ends until the day of the said event. A
registration fee of P5,000 pesos will be secured by each band or group on or before October 20, 2014.
For the audience, NASHEI will be distributing and selling tickets starting September 15, 2014 with a cost
of P300 pesos (with 1 free bottle of Cobra Energy Drink). Check or cash will be deposited at any BDO
Branches with an account name: NASHEI, and account number: 00900293. Walk-in audience may also
register and pay on the day of event.

4. Event Objectives

a. To give a new perspective in public entertainment.

b. To promote original Filipino music and local singers/performers.
c. To create a venue where performers and the public can collaborate to promote pop culture.
d. To raise funds in support of charitable institutions for the elderly.

13. Event Contract

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Contract made and entered into by and PHILIPPINE ROCK AND BAND INC. duly organized
and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with business address at
Lima Technology Park, Malvar City, Batangas herein represented by its Chairman MS. CHARO SANTOS
CONCIO hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY,
- and –
NARUTO SHIPPUDEN EVENTS INC. (NASHEI), duly organized event planning company and existing under
and by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with business address at No. 666 Brgy.
Molave Tanauan City, Batangas herein represented by its Event Manager MR. RICK NEGRILLO.

WHEREAS, relative to the upcoming YUGTO: ROCK AND BAND FOR A CAUSE solicited sealed
bids from interested and qualified event planning company for the provision of over-all package
event management for YUGTO: ROCK AND BAND FOR A CAUSE
 WHEREAS, in the opening of sealed bids held on September 1, 2014 , the bid submitted by
NARUTO SHIPPUDEN EVENTS INC. (NASHEI) was found to be the Lowest Calculated Bid, in the
amount of THIRTEEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS Only (Php
13,220,000.00) inclusive of all taxes.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises, and the agreements herein
contained and intending to be legally bound hereby, the PARTIES hereto agree and Contract as
follows:

1. The “PRB ” hereby engages the “NASHEI” to provide an over-all package conference event. The
service to be performed at SM MALL OF ASIA GROUND AND EVENT AREA, Pasay City, Metro
Manila 1300.
2. The “NASHEI” hereby agrees to provide the over-all package ROCK AND BAND FOR A CAUSE
event service for the following service terms:
• Total Rental of Venue
• Food and Beverages Services
• Entertainment Services
• Emergency considerations services
• Over-all décor services
• Sounds and Lights services
• Invitations/Miscellaneous or special printings services
• Travel/Transportation/Plant Visit

3. The “NASHEI” hereby agrees to skillfully and faithfully render his professional services and is at
all times to have complete control of the summit.

4. The “PRB” AND “NASHEI” hereby agree that both shall be provided and accepted on September
01, 2014.

5. The “PRB” and “NASHEI” hereby agree that the starting time of the summit shall be September
01, 2014, 6:00 pm the ending time of the conference shall be 5:00 pm of the said date.

6. The “PRB” in consideration of the Go Negosyo summit event service to be rendered by the
“NASHEI” and the mutual promises contained herein, hereby agrees to pay to the “NASHEI” for the
following considerations:

6a) Fifty (50) percent deposit upon signing of contract

6b) the remaining Fifty (50) percent will be paid on

November 5, 2014 three (3) days after the event.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto promise to abide by the terms of this contract and intend
to be legally bound thereby.
