Benefits of RTD Model of Hiring
Recruitment cost in RTD is less than the average hiring cost, i.e. 8.33% of the Annual CTC.
Placement consultants charge between INR 13,000 to 15,000 per candidate, whereas the RTD
costs only INR 15,000 – 18,500 depending on Job roles.
