creation, sustenance, or decreeing—are solely by the will of Allah. Allah’s actions are unique and cannot be shared or replicated by
any other being. All laws of nature are governed by Allah's will. But this is generally understood to be part of the main Tawhid
al-Rububiyyah
.
Other interpretations/Some scholars have also classified Tawhid based on how it's understood in relation to divine actions, rights,
and attributes. Tawhid al-Af’al (Oneness of Allah’s Actions): This refers to the belief that all actions in the universe—whether

History of Tawhid:
early classical scholars understood Tawhid & had primarily divided it into 2 sections as well as some modern day scholars have
had the opinion that Tawhid can be divided into two categories:
1. Tawhid al-Ma’rifah wa’l-Ithbaat (Oneness of knowledge and affirmation) - which includes believing in the existence of Allah and in
His Lordship and His names and attributes.
2. Tawhid al-Qasd wa’l-Talab (Oneness of object and aim), which includes believing in the divine nature of Allah.

With regard to those who divided Tawhid into 3 categories, (Starting from Muhammed Abdul Wahab's time) they explained the
previous categorization in more detail and made it easier to understand. So they said that Tawhid is divided into 3 categories
