Activity: Learning Power Point and Excel feature by feature

(To be presented online on Wednesday 08th/11 and

15th/11/2023).
Objective:
The aim of this activity is to help you explore the features of Ms PowerPoint and Ms Excel.
Instruction:
Each group is allocated features in Excel and Power Point as shown in table below. You are
required to tell us the purpose of the features and show us how to use it, so that we can practice it
further.
What is required?
 Each group is to prepare slides demonstrating their allocated Excel and PowerPoint
features.
 You will use these slides to present your work online on Wednesday 08th/11 and
15th/11/2023 during class hours.

Grading rubric (/5)

This is a learning activity and you will be assessed as a group. At least two people should
demonstrate how the features work. Marks will be awarded based on the quality of the presentation
slides as well as the presentation skills.
 5 –excellent,
 3 –Good enough,
 1 –poor
 0 if the group does not present.
