NOTICE: This does not need to be attached as a separated document


when you apply for an internship via mail. This will essentially be the
body of your e-mail. The subject of the email should be:
“Internship Application for XYZ Office at *City* for *Any 2 months of your
choice* 202X.”

To the Hiring Manager,

Greetings!

I hope this email finds you well. My name is *name*, and I am a X-year
student at the *Full College Name*, currently in my X semester. I am
writing to express my interest in securing an internship with X for the

accommodate you in the next one if they have already filled the
