Make sure that the STB is connected with the computer through the
RS232 cable.

2. Click the ”EromUPgrade.exe” icon: , you will see


the picture as below:

3. Please set the “Port” to be the right one in you side.

Set the “Bits Rate” to be “115200”.

Set parity to be “Even”.

Choose the “Operate Mode” to be “Upgrade”.

Click the “Browse” to choose the software you need to upgrade.

Set the “Include Bootloader” to be select. Then you will see the picture
as below:
4. Click the “Next” button, you will see the picture as below:

5. Reset the STBs. You will see the picture as below:


it will take several minutes. Then you will see the picture as below:

6. Clikc the “Next” to burn the flash. Then you will see the picture as
blow:
7. Click the “Finished” button. It mean that the upgrade succeed.
