 Basic Details To Configure Application

These details are required to check the synchronization between

web-store and Mobile Application.

01. Admin Details (With permission to access “system --> Web-services --> ”)

04. Make sure our IP’s are whitelisted else SFTP and SSH connection will not take
place (IP’s are - 203.122.41.218, 103.80.65.178, 103.206.131.18).

05. Please provide full access to root directory of your Magento installation path.

06. Key Store Credentials (Credentials required for signing the application)

This information is required to provide you ownership of the application. A

digital certificate which proves that you will have the right on the application.

07. String files for language translation

Our mobile app supports RTL languages. The app can set up to be your desired
language.

1. Android Translation-
For that, we will provide you .xml file in the English language. After
that, you need to translate the right side keywords of the XML file in your de-
sired language. With the help of that, we can translate the application in your
desired language.

2- iOS Translation-
For that, we will provide you .string file in the English language. After
that, you need to translate the right side keywords of the String file in your de-
sired language. With the help of that, we can translate the application in your
desired language.

Note: Please ignore this point if you want to keep only the English language for
the mobile app.

 Required Images and Resources

These details are required to personalise your Mobile Application.

In size of 128x128 (in pixels).
The application Logo represents your brand or company. It will be visible at top
of the home screen of your app.

designed to draw attention to the need for
an actual image. A placeholder as a tempo-
rary image until the permanent image is not
available.

06. Launcher icon for application
A launcher icon is a graphic icon that represents your application. App launch-
er icons are an opportunity to showcase the brand and hint at the story of
what your app is about. The app launcher icon is the first look that prospective
users will get of your app on Google Play and App Store.

For Android- The image could be in .PNG or .SVG format. However, in Android
8.0 Adaptive icons were introduced which can display a variety of shapes
across different device models. The look of the adaptive icon can be controlled
by defining it in 2 layers- background and foreground.

Background Layer can be a color or image(500*500)(. PNG). The icon layers

must be drawable without masks or background shadows around the outline
of the icon.

Foreground this should be your main icon with size 500*500.

 Note- If you don’t want you can provide separate details a foreground image
we will add background white color.

For iOS- The size of the launcher icon could be 500*500(in Pixels). Wherein, the
image should be in .PNG or .JPG format. In Square shape, kindly avoid the im-
age to round from the corners.

07. Icon for Status Bar

In size of 48x48 (in pixels).
Status bar icon is used to represent notifica-
tions from your application in the status bar.
Status bar icon is flat, pictured face on, and
must be white on a transparent background. It
appears at the top of the home screen.

08. Image for splash screen

For Android
In size1280x1920 (in pixels) ( Image could be in .PNG)

For iOS
In size of 640 x 1136 (in pixels).
In size of 750 x 133 (in pixels).
In size of 1242 x 2208 (in pixels).
In size of 1125 x 2436 (in pixels).
In size of 1242 x 2688 (in pixels).
In size of 828 x 1792 (in pixels).
In size of 768 x 1024(in pixels).
In size of 1536 x 2048 (in pixels).

 The splash screen is an activity that will show for a set time when your app is
starting and after a set time period redirect to the application home screen. It
is used so that apps can show their brand icons before showing the content of
the app.

09. FCM Configuration

Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) is a cross-platform messaging solution that
lets you reliably deliver messages at no cost. There are 3 requirements to con-
figure FCM.

• google-server.json file: It’s the file generated while you add the android
application in your project. For more information, please check below link
for Android.
• GoogleService-info-plist: It’s the file generated while you add the iOS ap-
plication in your project. For more information, please check below link for
iOS.
• Server key and sender ID: Please follow the below links to get server key
and Sender ID respectively for Android and iOS.

can integrate it for you.

10. Profile banner image at Login & Logout page
In size of 700x700 (in pixels)
(Image should be in .PNG)

These images are used at Login and Logout page as per the screenshots or
demo design. (This is only for iOS Application).

Make sure that the images will not include any name like screenshots: Hello!
Guest User, Welcome to Mobikul, SIGN IN or SIGNUP etc. These are text con-
tent here which are not the part of images.

11. Google Map API

Please provide the Google Map API. The Google Maps API is a powerful, popu-
lar mapping API. It’s simple to use to add map to the mobile application.

Note: Otherwise, Please provide your Gmail account and password so that we
can integrate it for you.

12. Payment Method

As per our policy, we provide one payment gateway integration in mobile
applications free of cost. Please let us know which one you want but the same
payment gateway must be working on your website.

Do provide us the updated SDK link and proper documentation for both the
platforms Android and iOS (if you don’t have one you can ask support they
will provide you). If the SDK is not available for any one platform, then we will

implement the payment method by web view.

At the time of implementation if we will face any issue regarding SDK we will
need to contact with the support team of payment gateway and in this case,
the delivery time will extend as per the responses from the support team.

Note: The time taken for the integration of a Payment Gateway is not the part
of the basic configuration of the application.

 Required iOS Resources

These details are required to provide you the iOS test application.

01. iOS UDID

Each iPhone or iPod Touch has a Unique Device Identifier (UDID), which is a
sequence of 40 letters and numbers that is specific to your device. It’s like a
serial number but much harder to guess. It will look something like this: 2b6f-
0cc904d137be2e1730235f5664094b831186.

When you will provide UDID of your iOS device so that we can send to you the
test application. From the test application, you can test your application before
published to the public.

Note - This details only required for the customer who go for - “Publish
through self account option”.

02. Developer Account

For iOS Application, it is mandatory to provide the Apple Developer account.
