Joydwip Roy Shuvo

I am delighted to express my intent to pursue an M.Sc. in International Business


Management at the University of West London. My academic background in Political
Science from M.C. College, Sylhet, affiliated with National University, Bangladesh, and
my four years of professional experience as an Area Manager at RedX Logistics have
equipped me with a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in
business operations. This program is an ideal fit for my aspirations to deepen my
understanding of global business strategies and enhance my leadership skills in an
international context.

Academic Background and Professional Experience

My academic journey in Political Science has provided me with an in-depth


understanding of governance, public policy, and international relations—an essential
foundation for comprehending the global business environment. With a CGPA of 2.83, I
have developed analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a keen interest in
economic policies that drive international business.

My four years of experience as an Area Manager at RedX Logistics in Bangladesh have


significantly shaped my professional outlook. I have managed large-scale logistics
operations, coordinated supply chain activities, and optimized business processes to
enhance efficiency. My role required strategic decision-making, leadership, and
adaptability in a competitive industry. This hands-on experience has ignited my passion
for business management, prompting me to pursue advanced studies in this field to
