STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

My name is Rohil Pandit and as a graduate of Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA in B.B.A.LL.B.,
I’ve had the honour and privilege of working under various eminent lawyers, litigation firms, and
legal luminaries throughout the past 5 years. Amidst one of my deeply enriching experiences is
my tenure with LCZF, a law firm based in Kalkaji wherein I interned continuously for 2 Years
and 10 Months. In addition to imbibing the tenets of a wide array of legal disciplines, I was tasked
with multifarious important work such as drafting of pleadings, research work, case briefs, and
attending court hearings. In pursuance to the aforesaid, I have drafted various legal documents,
including but not limited to, Special Leave Petitions, Writ Petitions (Civil and Criminal), Civil
Suits, Criminal Complaints, Legal Notices, Bail Applications, Section 34 Petitions (Arb),
Company Petitions, Contractual Agreements, and Corporate due diligence. I have also worked on
various Domestic Violence and Maintenance matters during the said internship, in order to further
widen my horizon of practical knowledge of law.

Apart from my unquestionably insightful experience at LCZF, I have also worked at PSL
Advocate & Solicitors, Sankhla and Associates, BSJ Legal and with H.P. Singh and Associates
for a period of one month each respectively, wherein my work profile was, while different in the
style of working and stages of the dispute, similar to my previous work. Additionally, I have
worked at Pradeep Khatri & Associates for period of 11 weeks wherein, I was tasked with
multifarious important work such as drafting of pleadings, research work, case briefs, and
attending court hearings. Beside that I have also worked with NGO based in Allahabad named as
Childline, which handles legal, social, and procedural aspects of child safety, under the aegis of
various legislations to the same effect. During my said internship, I was tasked with handling entire
matters and case files, and my legal opinion was considered as well, which subsequently instilled
insurmountable self-confidence in myself vis-à-vis my professional abilities. Additionally, I have
also worked at Shashank Vachher & Associates for a period of 3 months wherein, I was tasked
with multifarious important work such as drafting of pleadings, research work, case briefs, and
attending court hearings.

In pursuance of my solemn objective to gain technical knowledge, coupled with my role to fulfil
the aforesaid responsibilities over the past few years, I have visited the Hon’ble Delhi High Court,
various District Courts, National Commission, State Commission (Delhi), and other ancillary
District Forums, where in I learnt the nuances of trials and the practical aspects of the working of
Courts in India. Furthermore, I have also worked on various arbitration matters as stated
hereinabove, and apart from drafting Statement of Claims and Section 34 Petitions, I also attended
Arbitration proceedings and mediation proceedings (both Commercial and Family matters).

If chosen to have the undeniable privilege of working with your esteemed organization, it is my
unwavering assurance that I shall fulfil my duties diligently and efficiently, and further continue
my endeavor of constantly striving towards achieving remarkable standards of professionalism
and excellence, which shall irrefutably contribute towards our holistic growth.
