What is CPro?
CPro, powered by CAP it ALL, is our advanced proprietary trading platform designed to meet the needs of modern traders. It features a fully customizable interface
and offers cutting-edge tools such as hotkeys for quick actions and Level 2 market data for deeper insights into market activity. Whether you are trading from your
desktop, web browser, or mobile device, CPro delivers seamless functionality and fast execution. Built for success, it empowers traders with real-time data,
intuitive features, and powerful capabilities to stay ahead in every market condition.
How to access CPro?
Access CPro on Desktop
Each CPro subscription includes access to a Live account and a Simulator/Demo trading account. To access the demo account, navigate to the “Accounts” tab at
the top right of the platform and select “DEMO.”
Once you make a selection, the order entry window will display the message: “DEMO MODE. This is not a real trade.”
How do you login to the CPro platform?
Accessing the CPro platform is simple; just enter your Username and Password in the designated fields, then click the “Login” button. You would have received
these credentials in your activation email.
Does the CPro platform have a dark theme option?
The CPro platform features both light and dark themes. To change the theme, click on the “System menu” icon located at the top right of the platform and toggle the
“Switch to Light/Dark Theme” option.
How can I change my password?
To change your password, click the “System menu” icon in the top right corner of the platform and select “Change Password.”
How can I log out of the platform?
To log out of the CPro platform, click the “System menu” icon in the top right corner and select “Log Out.”
How can I view my current Market Data
Subscription?
To view your Market Data Subscription, click on the “System menu” icon in the top right corner of the platform and select “Market Data Subscription.”
How do I create a layout?
You can create a layout by clicking on any available widgets in the platform's top left corner and adding them to your workspace. Depending on your device's screen
resolution, you can add up to 21 widgets in a single workspace.
How can I save my layout?
To save your layout, click the “layouts” icon in the top right corner of the platform, select “Save Layout As…”, enter your preferred name in the “Name” field, and
click “Save.”
Can I customize the columns in my widgets?
To customize the columns displayed in a widget, go to the top right and click the “Customize Columns” icon.
Click the plus (+) icon to add columns to the widget and the minus (-) icon to
remove columns from the widget. To rearrange the order of your columns,
under “Current Columns” hold and drag the column(s) in an upward or
downward direction to your desired location. Once completed, click “Apply”
to save.
How can I connect widgets on the platform?
To link widgets on the CPro platform, click the “Link widget” icon and choose a color. For each widget you want to link, ensure you repeat this step using the same
color.
Is there a Watchlist feature available on CPro?
To access the Watchlist on the CPro platform, navigate to the “Market” dropdown menu and select “Watchlist.”
You can adjust the mode of data visible on the Market depth to view:
Select the desired indicators from the “Available Studies” list and click the plus (+) icon to add them. Once added, click “Done” to save your changes. Please note
that you can add a maximum of 8 studies at a time to a chart.
How can I add line studies to my chart?
To add a line study to your chart, click on the “Drawing” drop-down menu and choose the desired study from the list.
How can I view pre-market and post-market data on my
charts?
To view extended hours data on the chart, you need to enable this setting. If the setting is unchecked, you will only see chart data for core hours. To access pre- and
post-market chart data, follow these steps:
Navigate to the top of the chart and click the “Chart settings” icon > Click on the “Sessions” tab > Check the “Extended Hours” box > Click “Ok” to save.
Hotkeys
Accessing Hotkeys
After logging into the platform, navigate to the top right corner, select “System Menu,” and choose “Hotkey Settings.”
Hotkeys are divided into five categories: General, Trading, Chart, Orders, and Positions.
Please ensure that the "Enable Category" option is checked for each hotkey you are using.
General Hotkeys
You can create a hotkey in the "General" tab to switch between workspaces. For instance, if you have three workspaces, you can set up a hotkey to move to the
next workspace and another hotkey to return to the previous workspace.
Trading Hotkeys
You can create hotkeys in the "Trading" tab to quickly create or execute orders. Each hotkey is associated with a color that integrates with various windows on the
CPro platform. To set up or modify hotkeys, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Hotkey Settings.
2. Select the Trading tab.
3. Choose one of the following options: Click the pencil icon to edit an existing hotkey from the list of predefined options. Select "New Hotkey" to create a
custom hotkey.

When you edit or create a new trading hotkey, a window will appear as shown below:
In the "Chart" tab, you can create a hotkey to switch between different timeframes of a chart. For instance, you can set a hotkey to switch from a 5-second
chart to a 1-day chart.
Orders Hotkey
At present, the "Orders" tab offers only one option: creating a hotkey to cancel all open orders. Once the keystroke for this hotkey is triggered, it will cancel all
open orders in the symbol with the associated Link color.
Positions Hotkey
In the "Positions" tab, you can create a hotkey for closing your position based on a specific parameter. The default hotkeys available are "Close Half" and "Close
Full." Additionally, you can create a custom hotkey to close a certain percentage of your position.
Populate the Symbol, Side, Quantity, Order Type, Price, Duration, and Route fields as desired > Click “Confirm and Send” > Click Send.
How do I view my orders?
All open orders can be viewed in the “Orders” widget. To access the Orders widget, navigate to the top left corner of the platform and click “Orders.”
How can I cancel my open order?
To cancel an open order/s, go to the “Orders” window and find the order with “Working” status. Right-click on it and choose “Cancel Order.”
What steps can I take to modify or replace my order?
To modify or replace open orders, go to the “Orders” window and find the order with a “Working” status. Right-click on the order and select “Modify.”
Adjust the order entry parameters as needed, then select "Confirm and Send" to proceed.
How can I find out if my order was rejected?
The "Status" column in the "Orders" widget indicates if your order was Rejected, Filled, or Cancelled.
How can I find out why my order was rejected?
You can find the reason for a rejected order in the “Messages” widget. To access the Messages widget, go to the top left of the platform, click on the “Account”
drop-down menu, and select “Messages.”
How do I view my open positions?
To view all open positions, go to the “Positions” widget. Click on “Positions” in the top left corner of the platform to access it.
How can I check the profit and loss (P/L) on my open
position?
You can view the profit and loss for your open positions in the “Positions” widget under the “Open P&L” and “Day Open P&L” columns.
How do I close my open position?
You can close your open position/s by right-clicking on the position in the “Positions” window and selecting “Close with Single Order” or “Close with OCO Order.”
How can I check my available cash and margin?
All account metrics, including Available Funds, Maintenance Margin, and Stock Buying Power, can be found in the “Account Metrics” window. To access this
window, click the “Account” dropdown menu and select “Account Metrics.”
Can I locate shares on the CPro platform?
