Good morningeveryone,

It is with great honor and privilege that I welcome you all to this GEMS
for SK On-Site Validation here at the OMAg Training Center. This
gathering marks an important step in our shared commitment to
strengthening youth governance, accountability, and innovation within
the Sangguniang Kabataan.

At this point, I am proud to introduce the exceptional young leaders who


have demonstrated outstanding performance in their respective
barangays. Their dedication, passion, and commitment to public service
have set a benchmark for effective youth leadership. Let us recognize:

Hon. Ian Jade Baconua – SK Chairperson of Barangay Sinolon
Hon. Jea Mea Atok – SK Chairperson of Barangay Lacon

Let’s give them a well-deserved round of applause for their exemplary


leadership!

Of course, this validation would not be possible without the Municipal


Evaluation Team, whose expertise ensures that our SK programs are
aligned with local policies and national priorities. Their dedication to
guiding and mentoring our young leaders is truly commendable. Allow
me to introduce:

With that, let us all take this opportunity to engage, learn, and
collaborate as we work toward enhancing the impact of the SK in our
communities. Once again, welcome, and may this validation serve as an
inspiration for continuous growth and progress in youth leadership!

Good [morning/afternoon] everyone,

As we officially close today’s GEMS for SK On-Site Validation, I stand


before you with gratitude and pride for the dedication and commitment
shown by everyone in this room.

To our SK leaders, congratulations on reaching this stage of validation.


Your hard work, innovative programs, and unwavering commitment to
youth empowerment are truly commendable. Your leadership goes
beyond just policies and projects—it is about making a meaningful
impact in your communities. May this validation serve as a reminder of
your responsibility to uphold transparency, accountability, and genuine
service to the youth you represent.

To our Municipal Evaluation Team and Provinial Monitoring and


Evaluation Team, thank you for your invaluable guidance and expertise.
Your role in assessing and mentoring our young leaders ensures that
their programs remain aligned with policies, sustainable, and responsive
to the needs of our youth. Your contributions make a lasting impact on
the growth of the SK.

To our mentors, stakeholders, and partners, we deeply appreciate your


unwavering support. Your belief in the potential of our young leaders
fuels their drive to improve and innovate.

And of course, to our Municipal Mayor, Hon. Keo Dayle T. Tuan, we


sincerely thank you for your continued support and commitment to
youth development. Your leadership and dedication create
opportunities for young people to thrive and actively contribute to our
municipality’s progress.

This validation is not just an evaluation—it is a learning experience, a


chance to reflect on what we have achieved, and a stepping stone to
even greater accomplishments. May we take today’s insights as a

With that, let me end by reminding all of us: The future of our
community lies in the hands of our young leaders. Let us continue to
work together, innovate, and strive for a stronger, more inclusive, and
youth-driven governance.
