ii. Total AWC Open for At least 1 Day.

iii. Total AWC Open for At least 21 Day.

Dashboard Represents:

● Total Eligible Beneficiaries (Active) category wise.

● It represents Aadhaar Verified Beneficiaries in %.

● It also represents Health ID % Created.

Dashboard Represents:

Adolescents Girls category will be visible only in Aspirational District of Particular State.

Note: For Northeast state AG category will be visible to every district except for Assam.

Report Represents:

● State name with state code.

● We can enter state code or state name and search particular state details.

● Select State, Enter District Code and press Search Tab.

● District codes are provided by state for mapping


MASTER LIST PROJECT

● You can search ‘Project’ details by entering filter details like as

● State->District->Project code.

● Project code is given by state.

● You can add the New Project. Fill the required details to add new project.

● You can search ‘Sector’ details by entering filter details like as

is updated whenever any changes are done in AWC.

MASTER LIST USERS

This Report shows the type of users accessing the dashboard by selecting the filter details.

We can create users at

1. National Level

2. State Level

3. District Level

4. Project Level

5. Sector Level

6. DCPO

We can create the Users by selecting the users Type.


MASTER LIST BENEFICIARY

Report Represents:

● Beneficiary data is displayed of one particular category of beneficiary, Status and

mobile and aadhaar verified status.

● We can Deactivate beneficiary from CDPO/Supervisor dashboard login.

Note: List of Inactive Beneficiaries will be displayed only for 3 months after being marked as

inactive.

Inactive beneficiaries

● Beneficiary marked as Dead in application

● Deactivated from dashboard CDPO or Supervisor login.

● Who complete their tenure period and became inactive.

i. PW- Completed 10 months/Miscarriage/Still Birth/Abortion.

ii. LM- Completed 6 months.

iii. 0-6 yrs - After completing 6 years of age

iv. Adolescent girls-After completing 18 years of age.


MASTER LIST AWC USERS

● This Reports displays AWC users lists and also allows us to create new AWC User.

● After filling AWC and AWC users details click on Save and thus new user will be

created.

● AWC users are AWW and AWH.

● AWW who are on Additional charge are marked as on additional charge while

creating the AWC user form.


UPDATE AWC USERS

● Edit option allows us to edit AWC users list and update data accordingly.

● After updating data please click on save button.

● AWW who are on Additional charge are marked as on additional charge in create

AWC user form.


MASTER LIST AWC

● This Reports displays AWC lists and also allows us to create new AWC.

● After filling AWC and AWC address details click on Save and thus new AWC will be

created.

● AWC which are declared as saksham AWC should be marked as targeted saksham

AWC.
UPDATE AWC

● Edit option allows us to Update AWC center details.

● After updating details please click on save button

● AWC which are declared as Saksham should marked on Targeted Saksham AWC

CURRENT MONTH BENEFICIARIES

Report represents:

1. Real time beneficiary count includes active and inactive beneficiaries. Upon selection

of any status like active/inactive, beneficiary count changes accordingly.

2. Upon filter selection of Mobile/Aadhaar Status, beneficiary count changes

accordingly.

3. Note: Aadhaar Unverified includes – Beneficiaries whose Aadhaar Number has been

entered but not yet verified and also includes beneficiaries whose Aadhaar Number

is blank i.e. Has not been entered yet.


CURRENT MONTH MEASURING EFFCIENCY

Report represents:

1. This report captures the measuring efficiency of the current month only.

2. Only Active Children are considered for the current month report. For e.g. : If the

child was active and measured in first week of March, the record for the child will only

be shown in current month report as long as the child remains active in that month.

Report Represents:

1. Monthly count of Supplementary Nutrition (THR and HCM).

MONTHLY REPORTS SUPPLEMENTARY NUTRITION

Supplementary Nutrition –The Supplementary Nutrition is one of the six services provided

under the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) Scheme which is primarily

designed to bridge the gap between the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) and the

Average Daily Intake (ADI). Supplementary Nutrition is given to the children (6 months – 6

years) and pregnant, lactating mothers and adolescent girls under the ICDS Scheme.

Report Represents:

1. Monthly count of Supplementary Nutrition (THR and HCM).

2. Take Home Ration given to PW, LM and Children 6 months to 3 years.

3. Hot Cooked Meal given to 3 years to 6 years children.

4. This Report is available from August 2022 onwards

MONTHLY REPORTS ANAEMIA

Report represents:

● Total Beneficiaries and Anaemic Lactating Mother and Pregnant Women.

● Rule for calculating anaemia:

1. If Hemoglobin Level of Lactating Mother is Below 12 g/dL.

2. If Hemoglobin Level of Pregnant Women is Below 10.5 g/dL.

This Report is available from May 2022 onwards


MONTHLY REPORTS ADOLESCENT GIRLS

Report represents:

● State wise active AG, Total ( Active + Inactive in the month), Hemoglobin

measured, Anemic and THR atleast 21 days to Adolescents Girls(14-18 years)

● This report is visible only to Aspirational District.

● The highlighted count will show selected column beneficiary details data in excel

format.

● This Report is available from September 2022 onwards


What is SNP Projections?

● The Supplementary Nutrition Programme (SNP) under Anganwadi Services and

the POSHAN Abhiyaan is an important programme to address the issue of

malnutrition in the country. Under these programmes, there is a need to ensure that

entitlements reach the intended beneficiaries in a time-bound manner as per quality

and nutritional standards for the achievement of nutritional goals.

● Projections-SNP projection is the estimation of the beneficiary count based on

previous month's data for taking the necessary intervention in Supplementary

Nutrition allotment.

MONTHLY REPORTS SNP PROJECTIONS

Report represents:

● Count of Active beneficiaries as on last day of the month.

● Count of identified SAM children as per last month growth monitoring report Count of

eligible beneficiaries for Take Home Ration.

● Count of eligible beneficiaries for Hot Cooked Meal.

● Count of eligible beneficiaries for Additional food supplement.

● This Report is available from June 2022 onwards and displays only Aadhaar verified

beneficiaries data.

Report represents:

● Monthly count of Anganwadi Centre (active and inactive).

● An Anganwadi which exists is called an active AWC.

● An Anganwadi which no longer exists is called an inactive AWC.

● This Report is available from May 2022 onwards.


AWC ANGANWADI CENTER INFRASTRUCTURE

Report represents:

● Monthly count of factors under infrastructure.

● This Report is available from April 2022 onwards.


AWC ANGANWADI CENTER STAFF

Report represents:

● Monthly count of AWW and AWH in an Anganwadi Centre.

● AWW on additional charge count represents the number of AWW taking care of two

AWC and number of AWW’s vacant positions.

● It reflects count of only active AWW/AWH.

● This Report is available from May 2022 onwards


AWC AWW PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE

Report represents:

● Count of active AWW

● List of eligible AWW and AWW on additional charge for monthly incentive.

● AWW is eligible for incentive on completion of

a. 80% measuring of children for 0 to 6 years

b. 60% home visits for PW, LM and Children from 0 to 2 years

● This Report is available from April 2022 onwards.


AWC AWH PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE

Report represents:

● Total AWH is the count of active helpers as on the end of the month.

● AWH is eligible for incentive if the AWC has been opened for atleast 21 days.

● This Report is available from June 2022 onwards.


AWC VHSND AND CBE

Report represents:

● State wise Total AWW

● Total AWW conducted VHSND

● Total CBE conducted at least once.

● This Report is available from May 2022 onwards.


AWC HOME VISIT (PI-PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE)

Report represents:

● Monthly count of active AWW.

● Total number of target visits for PW, LM and children from 0 to 2 years.

● Total number of completed visits for PW, LM and children from 0 to 2 years.

● List of AWW who have completed 60% or more home visits.

● This Report is available from May 2022 onwards.


AWC MEASURING EFFICIENCY (PI-PERFORMANCE

INCENTIVE)

Report represents:

● This report captures the measuring efficiency of the previous months.

● Only Active Children are considered for the monthly report.

● % of Children Measured: Total Active Children Measured / Total Active Children *100

● AWW is eligible for incentive on completion of 80% measuring of children for 0 to 6

years.

● This Report is available from May 2022 onwards.


HOW TO CALCULATE PI (PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE)

AWW is eligible for Performance Incentive if she completes

● 60% of Home Visit(HV) and 80% of Growth Monitoring (ME-Measuring

efficiency)

● At AWC level, If both the parameters in dashboard are ‘1’ then only AWW will be

eligible for Performance Incentive.

Parameter1 (HV): If the data is one(1) that means that center becomes eligible for

performance incentive and the data is zero (0) that means that center is not eligible

for performance incentive.

Parameter2 (GM): If the data is one(1) that means that center becomes eligible for

performance incentive and the data is zero (0) that means that center is not eligible

for performance incentive.


AWC STATUS OF AWC VACANCIES AND

REPORTING IN PT

Report represents:

● Monthly count of active AWW.

● Vacant positions.

● Registered AWC i.e. AWW is mapped to AWC.

● Count of AWC open in the month.


AWC AWC INFRA

Report represents:

● Monthly count of AWC facilities under infrastructure.

● Maximum of 10 AWC facilities can be selected at once from the following AWC Infra

parameters:

a. Saksham AWC

b. Basic and cost

c. Building

d. Building facility

e. Building repair

f. Building upgradation

● This Report displays till AWC level Infrastructure details data where we have to

select here Infra type

Report represents:

● This report captures the Growth Monitoring of the past month only.

● Only Active Children are considered for the Monthly Report.

● Measuring Efficiency (%) : Total Active Children Measured for the Month/ Total Active

Children registered in the AWC for the Month *100.

● The Report consists of the following Nutritional Status:

i. Stunting (Height for Age): Severely Stunted, Moderately Stunted, Not

Stunted.

ii. Wasting (Weight for Height): SAM, MAM, Not Wasted.

iii. Underweight (Weight for Age): Severely Underweight, Moderately

Underweight, Not Underweight.

iv. Overweight (Weight for Height): Obese, Overweight, Not Overweight.

● Nutritional Status (N) refers to the count of Active Children measured who belong to

that particular Nutritional Status for the month.

● Nutritional Status (%) = Nutritional Status (N)/ Total Active Children Measured.

● Reference Data not found refers to the data in which Height input is less than 45cm

or more than 120cm according to wasting parameters.

● Hyperlinks for downloading beneficiary data is available from District level.

MONITORING CHILDREN 5 TO 6 YEARS

Report represents:

● This report captures the Growth Monitoring of the past month only.

● Only Active Children are considered for the Monthly Report.

● Measuring Efficiency (%) : Total Active Children Measured for the Month/ Total Active

Children registered in the AWC for the Month *100.

● The Report consists of the following Nutritional Status:

i. Stunting (Height for Age): Severely Stunted, Moderately Stunted, Not

Stunted.

ii. Underweight (Weight for Age): Severely Underweight, Moderately

Underweight, Not Underweight.

● Nutritional Status (N) refers to the count of Active Children measured who belong to

Report represents:

● Monthly count of children born with low birth weight.

● Low Birth Weight means (Birth weight <2.5kg) of 0-6m beneficiary.

● Report can be seen from May 2022 onwards.


MONTHLY REPORTS CHILDREN CHILDREN HEALTH

STATUS(0 TO 5 YEARS)

Report represents:

● Monthly count of active children measured from 0 to 5 years.

● Monthly count of active children identified as Stunted (Severely and Moderately).

● Monthly count of active children identified as Wasted (SAM and MAM).

● Monthly count of active children identified as Underweight (Severely and

Moderately).

● Monthly count of active children identified as Overweight and Obese.


HYPERLINK REPORTS AT SECTOR LEVEL MONTHLY

REPORTS

Report represents:

● Hyperlinks are provided at Sector level in Monthly Reports.

● On clicking the blue digits we can download the report in CSV format.

● When we click on hyperlink it will download the CSV file for the specific column and

category.

● All reports can be downloaded in CSV and PDF format.

REFERENCE DATA NOT FOUND

● When we put data below or beyond standard defined range it gives reference data

not found on Poshan calculator.

● If the range of Height < 45 cm or Height >120 cm for 0m-5yrs category of

children then reference data not found is displayed.
