2. Monthly maintenance fees are due on the 1st of each month.

3. Late payments exceeding 10 days will result in temporary service suspension.

4. Website updates, content edits, and additional features will be provided as per
the selected package.

5. Additional work outside the selected package will incur extra charges.

Contract Duration & Termination:

• This agreement is valid for a minimum of 3 months and will continue on a


rolling basis unless terminated with one month’s notice by either party.

• Termination before 3 months requires a penalty fee equal to one month’s


payment.
