For Integration Services Certified Groups, learning path requirements are based on the aggregate completion across all Entiti es within

Integration Services Certified The ability to deliver high-quality integration services that drive customer satisfaction requires consistent services delivery. When
Partners have maintained their Integration Services Certified (ISC) status in an applicable ISC technology for more than 12 m onths,

Eligible technical cases are those NetApp cases that are opened against an LSC–HC installed-base serial number. Certain cases may be

Integration Services Certified Partners may remove Entities from their Services Certified Group at any time. To request removal of a company or a subsidiary from a

products and the services that the Partner purchases and maintains within their operations. NetApp and the Partner must establish a “Services
Lifecycle Services Certified Certified Group” relationship infrastructure that includes all the Entities who are intended to participate in the Services Certified Group. This
infrastructure gives the Partner and their Services Certified Group access to critical information about the Group’s Services Certified performance,
