Log in to the Zenda Mobile Application (Option 1)

Go to “Play store” or “App Store”. Download the “ZENDA” app

Enter the registered “Email id” or “Phone Number”. You will get an OTP in the
registered email id or phone number with the school.
Enter the received OTP and proceed to login by clicking continue button.
The school code as “misdoha”

Log in to Parent Portal using Browser (Option 2)

The portal application can be accessed through Web link as

(www.portal.misdoha.com) or We have Embedded the same link in our school
website in the main page “Portal Login”
Go to any browsers like “Google Chrome”,”Firefox”,”internet explorer”, etc.
Enter as “Guardian” and Enter the registered phone number or email to
receive the OTP for Signup.

Once after successful login, the user can access Informative sections like
Attendance, Circulars, Assessments, Fee Related Items…etc.

 Notification
The circulars are uploaded from the school can be accessed through
Notification Icon. An alert will be received in the bell icon which will redirect to
the uploaded circulars by clicking the same.

 Attendance
The attendance marked by the teachers will be visible through the Attendance
Module. The details of the Holiday, Late, Absent and Not registered will be shown
as per the teacher's entry.

 Leave History
Students can apply for leave under Leave History. They can apply the leave with
valid Medical Certificate after choosing the date and reason for leave.

 Fee Payment
The details of fee which include the Outstanding/Due’s and Successful Payment
Details will be displayed here. The Fee Payment can be proceeded by clicking on
the Pay Now button.
Note : For the Parent Convenience, We have enabled the Doha Bank Credit Card Payment Gateway Facility to
pay the Fee through our portals.

The details of fee transactions can be collected through the Receipt History icon.

Module. Term Report Card & Monthly Report Card can be downloaded as re quired.

 How to send/receive mails?
All the personal emails will receive in the Inbox. The details of the sent emails will
display on Sent Items. Deleted Items will show the deleted emails.
Groups will show group emails. Click on the small arrow near to Groups for
accessing the same

Click and select the Account Manager icon on the top right corner of the main page.

Teams can be accessed through web and by downloading an app as well.

Click on Login/Sign Up.
Click on Log in if you are registered user. Refer to the below screenshots.

You are requested to use your wards login credentials handed over
from the school to register or sign in to the Pearson App.

You can access the Pearson App as an application like the web. Please refer

Click on “ Trouble logging in?” if you forgot your password and want to reset
the same.
Enter the OTP received on the same student login credentials to proceed and
confirm the registration.
The password can be changed by clicking on the Password reset link received
on the student email.
