Introduction

or clients) for easy discoverability and improved organization.

III.​ Staff Document and Contract Management


Track and manage staff documents and contracts, with reminders for renewals and

expirations to ensure compliance and organization.

IV.​ Calendar and Reminders


Integrate calendars to track meetings, deadlines, and expiring contracts, providing
timely reminders to prevent missed appointments and obligations.

V.​ Accounting and Cost Tracking


Include basic bookkeeping and project-based cost tracking to help manage budgets,
monitor expenses, and generate financial reports.

VI.​ Equipment Management


Manage equipment with check-in/check-out forms for each project, ensuring

VII.​ QuickBooks Integration
