Fraud tools and strategies are doing a sufficient job of identifying high-risk transactions and
minimizing losses, whereas issuers, merchants and acquirers need solutions to better identify safe
transactions and avoid declining genuine cardholder activity – causing poor customer experience and
lost revenue opportunity due to limited decisioning perspectives.
To understand and better analyze spend behaviors of card holders, a new set of LTVs will be
developed tested and deployed in this project.

Project-AGMS-Affinity Management Systems

The data transfer of daily updates within Affinity Group Management System supports the reporting
and compensation for Affinity groups and ensures that USAA is meeting our contractual obligations.
This Project ensures the improved system functionality and controls will ensure compensation data is
accurately reported and tracked within AGMS and will validate that compensation data was
successfully sent to the AGMS group, mitigating the business exposure of potential audit findings.
This effort will also provide a reporting dashboard to audit external data feeds to the Affinity groups for
compensation.

Project -Variable Compensation (CAO-HR-Scorecard Data Integrity)

Variable compensation project updates the USAA systems used foe the relationship management
and performance reporting to ensure the highly scorecard data and Wealth Manager variable pay

Implements the systematic triggers and controls, audit capabilities in saleforce.com. Variable
Compensation system to ensure highly accurate scorecard data. Additionally, functionality to address

financial status after their retirement and to buy better products for the P&C and Enterprise systems.

This Project was designed to replace the existing financial advices with Action Plans which will be
getting from the third party AV system. This makes simpler for the customers to know where they
stand financially in order to save successfully to reach their target. Mobile app is also being
developed in this effort for the Action Plans.
It was implemented in different releases since there were major systems impacted. This project was
executed in Agile methodologies
