Task 1
Task 1
(the line graph- biểu đồ đường, the bar chart: biểu đồ cột)
The given line chart and bar chart show the figure of students selecting distinct
kinds of courses in a specific university in 2012. Overall, in the bar chart, the
number of social sciences is the highest whereas agriculture hit the bottom. In the
line chart, the total number of students has the tendency of decreasing.
According to the bar chart, the number of male was less than females in social
sciences, health and humanities with the data by 3000, 800 and 1000 respectively.
It can be seen that, the number of females studying engineering and science and
maths was less than males whereas girls dominated three fields of social sciences,
health and humanities. Furthermore, the number of both genders enrolled in
agriculture was similar, by 200 students.
In terms of the line graph, social sciences had the highest rate of enrollment, with
around 6000 students. There was a tremendous decline in the number of
engineering at 3000 people. In addition, the figures fluctuated in health,
humanities, science and maths then fell down in agriculture by 200 students
attending.

Task 1.2:
The given bar chart gives information about the figures of people employed in five
distinct kinds of work in some regions in Australia in 2001 and 2008. Overall, the
number of sales, computing and nursing have the tendency of increasing while two
other fields have the tendency of reducing.
According to the bar chart, sales peaked at almost 1600 people in 2008, rose
gradually to over 1600 and dominated other fields in 2008. Both computing and
nursing grew up with data standing at nearly 80000 and 60000 respectively.
However, there was a much more enormous rise in computing over the past 7
years, by 20000 people employed.
On the other hand, farming, which hit the bottom at nearly 25000, experienced a
constant decline to almost 20000 people. Furthermore, accounting fell down
slightly by 60000 people in 2008 while the figure in 2001 was the second highest,
after sales.

Task 1.4;
The given picture gives information about the process of producing soft cheese.
Overall, there are mainly five steps in the process of producing cheese in the
factory line, beginning with mixing and finishing with cooling and leaving all
waste water.
Looking at the first two steps of making soft cheese, there are two main
ingredients: water and milk are added into the mixing machine at the first stage.
After adding water and milk, the mixer starts to run to blend it together. The
mixture is refrigerated at 5°C for two hours.
In the beginning of the cooking stage, the mixture is turned to liquid. Salt is added
and the mixture transferred to a fermentation to heat at 35*C in 6 hours. During the
subsequent steps, the compound evaporate under 100*C within 8 hours. In the final
stage, soft cheese is gone through the filter and become thick liquid. They cooled it
down at 5*C and remove the waste water by the filter. The process concludes with
6 hours cooling and a delicious soft cheese is produced.
