or services on the world.
World Wide Web (WWW)
It is a system of interlinked websites and webpages that can be
accessed through internet.
Internet relay chat (IRC)
It is a real me text messaging system that allows users to
communicate with each other via the internet.
Internet access
It is the ability to connect and use the internet. It means brows
computers, send email, share files and online communica on.
Dail up connec on
It is a way to access the internet using a phone line and modem to
connect phone number, transmit data etc.
ISDN (Integrated Service Digital Network)
It is a type of internet connec on that uses phone lines to transmit
digital data to faster speeds.
Broadband
It is a high-speed internet connec on that allows for fast data
transfer and con nuous connec vity.
DSL (Digital Subscriber Line)
It is a type of broadband internet connec on that uses exis ng phone
lines to deliver high speed internet.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is a type of wireless internet connec on that allows devices to
connect the internet without using cables.
