Job Summary (Intern Software Engineer)

The Intern Software Engineer will participate in all phases of design, development, and testing of
software applications. The Software Engineer Intern is determined and driven, detail oriented, and a
responsible team-player who is passionate about technology, constantly seeking to learn and improve
skills.

 Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of software applications.


 Write clean, scalable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior engineers.

 Learn and use various programming languages, frameworks, and tools based on project
requirements which will be majorly on C# and .NET frameworks.
 Familiarity with version control systems – GIT
 Participate in Agile sprints, working within Scrum teams to deliver iterative software releases.
Collaborate with team members in daily stand-ups and sprint reviews to ensure project goals
and timelines are met.
 Debug and troubleshoot issues in the codebase while maintaining a high standard of quality.
 Participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions to define project
scope and deliverables.
 Document technical specifications, design decisions, and code to ensure long-term
maintainability and knowledge sharing.
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
 Excellent Listening Skills – the ability to interpret customer needs based on brief conversations
 Self-Motivated – can focus their energy and efforts towards achieving success and proactively
solving problems, while continuously increasing skillsets through training as well as self-paced
study
 Organized – able to manage multiple calendars and communication methods to attend all
necessary meetings and events consistently and punctually
 Customer-Oriented - relationship savvy who makes connections with both internal partners and
external customers.
