5. What would you do to view the desktop completely, if multiple windows are opened?
Ans. To view the desktop completely, if multiple windows are opened we will click the
‘Show the desktop’ option. By clicking this option, all the open windows on our desktop
will get minimized and we would be able to view the desktop background.
6. How do you rename a file?
Ans. Renaming means changing the name of an existing folder or file. To rename a folder
or file we have to follow these steps:

a. Open the File Explorer and locate your file or folder. For example, click Documents and
select the folder or file to be renamed.
b. Select the Home tab.
c. Click the Rename option.
d. Selected folder or file name becomes editable. Type in a new name for the selected
folder or file.

steps.
Ans. File Explorer tools allow us to create and manage files and folders on the computer.
The steps to create a folder using the File Explorer are:-
a. Open the File Explorer and click on a drive or folder where you want to create a new
folder. For example, choose Documents folder.
b. Select the Home tab.
c. Click the New Folder option. A new folder appears.
d. Type in a new name for the created folder.
2. What is Recycle bin? How do you move files or folders to the Recycle bin?
Ans. When you delete a file or folder in windows, it is placed in the Recycle Bin. To remove
unwanted files and folders, select them in the File Explorer window and click the Delete
option in the home tab. Selected items will be moved to the Recycle bin.
