Job 04: Prepare a Presentation as per specification using Presentation software


Condition For the Job:
Work must be carried out in a safe manner and according to Computer operation (Level-3) standards Slide Layout -
The presentation slide layout must be prepared with "Slide master".
Slide Size- Widescreen (16:9)
Slide transition - Wipe
Slide Show-Automatic after previous slide
Font-Font - Arial; Font size - 50 for Title of Title slide, 30 for Sub title, 40 for Slide title, 24 for other text Font
colour: Title and sub title colour should be RGB = (0,102,204) and other you may choose yourself.
Alignment - As per Sample
Slide Number - Show all slide except Title slide (1" Slide)
Date- Must be a Fixed date

1" Slide (Title Slide)


• Write your "Name and Registration Number" with Title "WELCOME"
• Image size-W: 5inch x H: 3 inch
• Place objects as per sample
2nd Slide
• Insert the image as per sample.
• Position the image.
• Make the background transparent
3rd Slide
• Create title text.
• Create background blended fill.
• Create graph lines, align graph lines & Distribute graph lines.
• Add rectangles
• Add text boxes
4th Slide
• add an organization chart using the content layout for Aardvark Advertising Inc. consisting of a CEO (Jane
Peters), her assistant (Jo Whalley), three managers (Nathan Samms - Creative Director, John Blake - Sales
and Miriam Solberg - IT) as per sample.
• Fill the Managers' boxes with yellow, the PA with green, and the CEO with grey.
• Apply different font styles for the different individuals.
