Transitioning from past to future careers

Will there be enough work in the future?

Today there is a growing concern from kids to adults whether jobs has change in demand but Over the last 200 years,
predictions of fewer jobs in the future have generally proven to be false. The pessimists have been wrong repeatedly. But make
no mistake – hundreds of millions of jobs have been destroyed. First, agricultural technology (AI) replaced millions of farming
jobs, while the industrial revolution moved people into factories. Then automation moved them back out of the factories, giving
development to an economy of services. If history is any guide, we could also expect that 8 to 9 percent of 2030 labor demand
will be in new types of occupations that have not existed before, Both analyses lead us to conclude that, with sufficient
economic growth, innovation, and investment, there can be enough new job creation to offset the impact of automation,
although in some advanced economies additional investments will be needed as per our step-up scenario to reduce the risk of
job shortages.

A larger challenge will be ensuring that workers have the skills and support needed to transition to new jobs however countries
that fail to manage this transition could see rising unemployment and depressed wages. The magnitude of future job creation
from the trends described previously and the impact of automation on the workforce vary significantly by country, depending
on four factors.

How will Artificial Intelligence affect traditional jobs?

As certain jobs become automated, it is crucial for individuals to adapt to this changing landscape.
Upskilling and reskilling have become imperative for workers to remain relevant in an AI-dominated
job market. AI has created a demand for a new set of skills, such as data analysis, programming,
and machine learning expertise. By acquiring these skills, individuals can enhance their
employability and transition into new roles that require a higher level of cognitive ability and
technological proficiency however its our choice to decide what will happen in the future with
having the capibility to control AI.
