About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Engineer Interns to join our dynamic
team. As a fresher in this role, you will be involved in building and maintaining data systems and
pipelines that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This position is ideal
for individuals who are passionate about data and eager to develop their skills in a collaborative
environment.
The initial 6 months will be invested in training in different aspects project specific data engineering
training. During the training phase of 6 months the hired trainee will be paid a stipend of 10000/-
INR per month. Interns who successfully complete their training period & meet the expectations of
the organization and the role will be given a PPO (Pre-Placement Offer). Salary, upon being on
boarded as an FTE (Full Time Employee) will range from 03LPA to 05LPA (fixed CTC), will be decided
purely based on the intern’s performance during the training period.

Required Skills
• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related field.
• Programming Skills: Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java,
or SQL is essential.
• Database Management: Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL,
PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is a plus.
• Big Data Technologies: Understanding of big data frameworks like Hadoop or Spark is
advantageous but not mandatory.
• Cloud Computing: Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in solving complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
