role. As per the approval
criteria, this would be routed
to SUPERVISOR.

Check the SUPERVISOR’s


email box.
This is how the email for
approval would look like.
Select the appropriate
“Action” i.e. Approve or
Deny.

When “Action” is DENY, you


may provide the comments
against “Enter Denial
Comments” text area.

Hit “Submit” to approve/deny


the journal from the email.

After submitting the action,


an email will be sent to the
repository email ID which was
provided on the Node
PSFT_EMC_GETMAIL
Email sitting in email
repository

Once the email has reached


email repository, run
EOAWEMC process to trigger
the “action”.

Verify the application


message status.
Open up the journal to see
the approval status of the
journal.
