Transcript Procedure
Dear Student,
Before filling the application form, student is advised to read the INSTRUCTIONS FOR
FILLING UP THE FORM carefully which is given at the end of application form.
After making the payment you need to send the payment confirmation receipt (advice
slip), postal Address, where the Transcript to be sent.
Note: After completion of all the required formalities, it will be sent to the competent authority
of the university for issuance of the same. At the university end the required transcript will be
issued after a period of Twenty working days (three weeks or so) excluding Saturday/Sunday
and other Gazetted holidays from the date of submission of application to the competent
authority with prescribed fee of Rs. 3500/- per copy of transcript.
Once complete verified documents of Transcripts have been processed by the University, the
evaluating agency cannot be changed at the later stages. In such cases, the student has to
apply with a fresh application form along with the applicable requisite fee.
In case applying for WES, the transcript will be directly sent to WES by the University
(As per WES rule).
When applying for WES and IQAS, the “academic record form” and the degree
certificate along with the grade card is also to be attached.
