Dear Cozy Blend & Bites,

We are students from Camarines Norte State College, College of Business and Public
Administration, major in Financial Management 2A. As part of our academic study, we are
conducting research on the social responsibility practices of small businesses and start-up
businesses in Daet, Camarines Norte. We are particularly interested in learning more about your
business and its approach to corporate social responsibility (CSR), as well as exploring potential
strategies that may further benefit your company.
We believe that your establishment plays a vital role in the local community, and understanding
your CSR efforts will be highly beneficial to our research. This study aims to:
1. Determine and evaluate the particular social responsibility programs that Cozy Blend &
Bites has implemented, if any.
2. Determine the effect of Cozy Blend & Bites social responsibility efforts on customer
perception and brand loyalty.
3. Determine the effectiveness of Cozy Blend & Bites sustainability initiatives, such as
waste management and environmentally friendly behaviors.
4. Propose a framework for a social responsibility program that enhances Cozy Blend &
Bites positive impact on the Daet Community.
