1. a) Define project and ICT project. How do goals and objectives differ? 8

ii. A project is scheduled for time of 15 months with an estimated
cost of 700000. After 5 months, the evaluation is done and
identified that 40% of work is accomplished with cost of 450000.
Calculate cost and schedule variance for the project.
