Quick Guide – Locate DICOM folder on this disc

You may need to find the DICOM folder, which is the folder where images are stored. This may be
useful is you want to open images with another viewer or if you have problems importing images in
your own PACS.

Note for PACS importation: To do their job, some DICOM importer tools may need to
know where the DICOM folder exactly is on this disc. If you encounter some difficulties
to import images from this disc, please try to manually choose where the program has
to search for images. If the problem persists, please report to your local PACS
administrator.

On PC: The DICOM folder can be found in “viewer-mac.app”, “Contents”.

On Mac:

Right click on “viewer-mac”. Select “Show package content”.

Then you can find the DICOM folder in “Contents”.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have to open examinations with many images (scanner, MRI,
mammographies,…) image display will be much faster if you copy the examination on your hard disk
before opening it.
