Project information
Based on the give scenario do the following task.

ENDILA is ICT consultancy, network installation and software Development Company is assigned you
to plan, design and implement network service. ENDILA has one building in its compound. The building
has four floors. Assume that is currently in average there are 27 users and the first floor is data center.
There company has 1MB of the internet connection from the service provider. This ENDILA has planned
to connect these users each floors in building through network and you are assigned as a project manager.
ENDILA now wanted implement new network infrastructure which include the following infrastructure

Requirement in the project are as follow

1. File sharing service between user

2. Needed system security.
3. Database management service is needed.
4. User control management is required.
5. Central administration users are another consideration.
6. To share email, schedule and task.

Project 1: propose and design new network infrastructure

Under this task you can perform to propose client support mechanism and maintenance strategy to
minimizing the down time of the network system.

Example: it is clear that one project is successfully completed with agreed time frame or deadline need
higher efforts and higher project management skill. This network implementation project by ENDILA has
been implementing that 86 days according to our agreement as well as work plan. Now it is operational
and the user able to share resource and access internet using newly deployed network based on your
