Q.1: Write your career objective.

My career objective is to leverage my knowledge and skills in financial


analysis, risk management, and investment strategies to pursue a challenging
and rewarding career in finance. I aim to contribute to the success and growth
of an organization by providing valuable insights, making informed financial
decisions, and driving business performance through sound financial
management practices.

Q.2: Why do you want to be an engineer ? Elaborate


reasons.
I want to be a finance analyst because I enjoy working with financial
data, solving problems, and helping businesses make smart
decisions. It combines my interests with opportunities for learning
and growth.
Q.3: Write about projects or internship you have done/ are doing along with the
learning.

During my undergraduate studies, I worked on a financial analysis project


where I analyzed the financial statements of a publicly traded company. This
project helped me improve my skills in financial statement analysis, ratio
analysis, and financial modeling. I also learned how to interpret and present
financial data effectively.

Q.4:What would you consider a significant achievement in your life and why?
As a finance student, a significant achievement could be securing a prestigious
internship or job opportunity at a reputable financial institution or company.
This achievement reflects my hard work, dedication, and expertise in the field
of finance. It also provides valuable hands-on experience and networking
opportunities that can help further your career in the finance industry.

Q.5: Write about a failure of yours which you consider to share. What have you
learned from it?

One failure I'm open to sharing is my initial attempt at investing without


thorough research. I learned that diving into financial decisions without a
proper understanding of the risks can lead to losses. This experience taught
me the importance of conducting comprehensive analysis before making
investment choices. It highlighted the need for patience and a long-term
perspective in the dynamic field of finance.

Q.6: What are your strengths? Write one or two instances where you have
demonstrated your strengths.

My strength are analyze complex financial data quickly and provide insights
for decision-making. I can also assist in creating financial models, conducting
market research, and staying updated on the latest trends in the industry.
Additionally, I can help with calculations, projections, and budgeting to
support financial planning and analysis.

Q.7: Write about your weaknesses. What are you doing to overcome your
weaknesses?

My greatest weakness is that I sometimes focus too much on the details of a


project and spend too much time analyzing the finer points. I’ve been striving
to improve in this area by checking in with myself at regular intervals and
giving myself a chance to refocus on the bigger picture. That way I can still
ensure quality without getting so caught up in the details that it affects my
productivity or the team’s ability to meet the deadline.”
Q.8: What is the most difficult moment that you have faced in your life so far?
What qualities helped you to overcome the moment?

I never face any kind of tough challenges in my life, yes I do faced many
challenge which I overcome with abilities and positive attitude towards life,
but I never find them difficult when I couldn't able to overcome. Challenge
are the part of life, it depends on the person how we deal with it.

in?

interests.

Apart from academics, my passion lies in photography,


where I explore creativity, and cooking, which is a true source of joy for me.
Reading serves as a calming escape, engaging in yoga contributes not only to
my physical well-being but also to the relaxation of my mind and body.

passionate about.

I'm truly passionate about understanding and managing risks in finance. It's
like playing a strategic game where you assess potential challenges and plan
to navigate them successfully. The thrill comes from finding ways to protect
and grow investments, making finance an exciting and dynamic field for me.

I am a hard-working and driven individual who isn’t afraid to face a

Over the past year, I identified a need to improve my time management skills
to enhance overall efficiency and productivity. I've since implemented new
strategies, such as prioritizing tasks and setting realistic goals, to address this
dissatisfaction and ensure continuous improvement in my performance.

are you doing to improve your communication skills?

I would rate myself a 4 out of 5 in verbal communication. To continually


improve, I actively seek feedback, practice public speaking, and engage in
discussions to enhance clarity and articulation.

see in your personality and why?

My role model is Warren Buffett .I admire his strategic thinking, long-


term approach to investing, and commitment to ethical practices. I aspire to
emulate his disciplined decision-making, focus on continuous learning, and the
ability to simplify complex financial concepts for effective communication.

you in achieving your goals? If yes, how? If no, why do you accompany them?

My friends are a great support system. They offer encouragement, diverse


perspectives, and help me navigate challenges. I believe their companionship
positively influences my journey towards achieving goals.

where you have applied those qualities.

Three leadership qualities are communication, adaptability, and problem-


solving. I excel in communication, evident in leading a team project by
ensuring clear instructions. Adaptability shines in adjusting strategies to meet
unexpected challenges. Strong problem-solving skills were demonstrated
when resolving conflicts within the team to maintain a positive working
environment.

Hello, I'm Mansi Rawat. I am from Dehradun . I have completed my
graduation from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, I'm
currently on an exciting journey pursuing my Master of Business
Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance and Business Analytic
at Graphic Era Hill University in Dehradun . I am enthusiastic about
embracing new opportunities and leveraging my skills to make meaningful
