I. Describe your target community/population/audience.
You may state the location of your target project participants, size, demographic
profile, educational background, or any relevant features about your target

II. Describe the specific needs that your team wants to address in that
community/population/audience.
Mention the problem/need of your target community/population/audience that you want to
address.

I. Describe your specific solution or approach to address the identified need/s.
