4. FeasibilityStudy
• Operational Feasibility – The study involves
recognizing and streamlining the operations in order to
make them function seamlessly. The experienced
healthcare consultants study the operational feasibility as
on how effectively the operations could be structured.
This plan includes identifying and finding solutions for
the bottlenecks, loopholes, functional gaps and, internal
and external communication challenges.
• Technical Feasibility – Focusing on the development of
the technical aspects is imperative for healthcare
success. The professionals will help the management in
determining whether the technical resources are on par
with the industry and the skill-set of employees is
capable enough to make full use of the technical
support. This also involves evaluating the healthcare
equipment that includes medical equipment, hardware,

mechanism and listing the requirements from the
perspective.

6.Need of System
Reasons Why You Need To Think About Hospital Management System For Your
Healthcare Facility:
With the useful dashboards and reports provided by an HMS, doctors and other caregivers
have easy and quick access to patient records and test results, thus increasing clinical
competency all around.
HMS considerably reduces the time taken for processes and procedures at every stage of
patient interaction, such as registration, billing and discharge, thus making your customers
happy.
3. Paperless Operation
A happy outcome of the advent of HMS is the increasing use of electronic records over
physical files. There might come a day when hospitals become completely paperless with
further advances in hospital management systems.
The amount of time and effort you will save by setting up an HMS for your hospital can be
astounding. These invaluable savings make for the efficient and smooth operation of your
hospital.
