RE: NOTIFICATION OF APPROVAL FOR HIRE PURCHASE FINANCE FACILITY FOR JUDDY NJERI KURIA P.O. BOX 1

We are pleased to advise that the Hire Purchase Finance Application for purchase of one (1) New NEW ISUZU FRR90N TRUCK has
been approved by the Bank on the following terms:
1. Purchase Price of the unit being financed Kshs. 6,190,000.00
2. Down payment to be made by the customer Kshs. 309,500.00
3. Net amount to be financed by the Bank Kshs. 5,880,500.00
Other conditions to be complied with include;
1. Submit receipt confirming full payment of the deposit
2. Submit the vehicle inspection report
3. Submit dealer’s invoice addressed to the customer by name and address, indicating the deposit paid by the
customer and amount payable by Co-operative bank.
4. Submit ‘Forms A’ duly executed
5. Submit certified copy of duty payment and import declaration form
6. Comprehensive insurance (General Cartage) and the bank’s interest to be noted. (For all assets financed,
applicants will be required to pay for their annual insurance premiums in Cash or obtain Insurance Premium
Financing from Co-operative bank. This should not be obtained from any other financier as it would be in
contravention of clause 2(1) of the Hire Purchase Agreement.
7. The vehicle to be fitted with tracking device from our list of approved providers of vehicle tracking services
covering the entire loan period plus extra 3 months and submit a copy of installation certificate
8. Copy of payment receipt or actual insurance premium financing forms should be submitted prior to disbursement
9. This approval is valid until November 2023,7 and any request for extension of the validity must be submitted in
writing, at least seven (7) days prior to the expiry date.
10.This approval is subject to review and/or unilateral cancellation on the part of the Bank.
Please note that the loan amount will be disbursed to the seller only upon submission of all the above documents duly executed as well
as upon compliance with all the terms and conditions stipulated in the customer’s offer letter.
