Sample Script For Graduation Ceremony
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
Do the mike test 1 hour before the start of the event. If mike test
can’t be avoided in the presence of guests, do not say “mike test”.
Click your tongue or flick your fingers. Ask for fresh batteries for
wireless microphones. Provide the tech team with the music in
proper order. Do a tech dry run the day before the event.
HOST, coordinate only with the program director or floor director. No
one else should come close to you except for the program director
or floor director. Bawal ang aligaga sa stage. Kung may lapit ng lapit
sayo at maraming gusting ipa-announce, ibigay mo na ang
microphone. Umuwi ka na at siya nalang ang maghost.
Photo opportunity must be organized. Never allow anyone to loiter
around just to take photos. Only the official photographer shall be
allowed to stand in front of the stage. No other people in the hall
should stand to take photos. Pag ayaw makinig isabit mo sa stage!
Remind the participants that clapping of hands is done up to 17
times only. Dapat may finesse ang palakpak. Hindi yung pang-
squammy na palakpak na halos maputol ang kamay sa lakas.

Ladies and gentlemen, the Processional led by the School Registrar
(State the name).
