2.0 Installation
Regular ACIC Data Entry System Installation Procedure
1. Insert installation CD into optical media drive and then browse the main folder to view the
following items. Double click “Setup.exe”.

2. This application requires the .NET Framework 4.0 to work. This framework will automatically
be installed if is not detected on the computer. If this is the case perform step 3 to 4,
otherwise, proceed to step 5.

3. This screen1 will appear when the installation of the .NET Framework 4.0 is triggered. Click
“Accept” button.

4. Installation of .NET Framework 4.0 will commence.

5. Click “Next” button when this screen appears.

6. Choose “Everyone” then click “Next” button when this screen appears.

7. Confirm installation by clicking “Next” button.

8. Wait until installation is complete.

9. Click “Close” button after installation is complete.

3.0 Configurations
Initial Set-up

1. Click “Regular ACICDES 2.1” icon ( ) in the desktop menu.

2. Logon to the system using the administrator default account: “Admin01” with the password
“Admin01”.

3. Click “OK” when this screen appears.

4. Change administrator’s password.

5. Click “OK’ when this screen appears.

6. The agency configuration screen will appear. Input agency name then click “Save”.

7. If input is valid, this screen will appear. Click “OK”.

8. The main screen will be loaded. You may immediately add new users by clicking
“Administration” in the menu.
