4- Beginning inventory is zero and ending inventory is 11 unit
5- No part time at all

Make an aggregate plane to minimize the total cost.

Quiz #5
Setup a production plan to minimize cost using mathematical planning by producing what the
demand need in each month. The inventory carrying cost is $3 per unit per month and the
beginning inventory is 0 and ending inventory 20 units and the back order is $20/unit/period
Capacity (unit) Jan Feb Mar Apr Cost
Regular time 150 150 400 400 $100
Overtime 20 20 20 20 $125
Subcontract 100 100 40 40 $200
