About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The
ideal candidate will have a strong passion for crafting engaging user experiences and possess a
deep understanding of modern design principles. You will be responsible for designing intuitive
interfaces for mobile applications, admin panels, landing pages, and more.

Key Responsibilities

● Design Execution:

○ Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups in Figma to effectively


communicate design ideas.
○ Develop high-quality designs for mobile applications, focusing on
responsiveness and usability.
○ Design compelling and conversion-driven landing pages aligned with business
objectives.
○ Build and maintain scalable admin panel designs with a focus on user-centric
functionality.

● Design Systems:

○ Create, maintain, and evolve comprehensive design systems to ensure


consistency across all projects.
○ Implement reusable components and guidelines that enhance design efficiency
and scalability.

● Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

○ Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather


requirements and translate them into impactful design solutions.
○ Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and
enhance user experiences.
○ Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design.
○ Suggest and implement innovative solutions to enhance the overall design
process.
Skills & Qualifications

● Proficiency in Figma, with a proven track record of creating wireframes, prototypes,


and high-fidelity designs.
● Strong understanding of design systems and their implementation.
● Extensive experience designing landing pages that drive engagement and conversions.
● Expertise in crafting functional and visually appealing admin panel designs.
● Familiarity with responsive design principles and best practices for mobile and web
applications.
● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design
ideas clearly.
● Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
● Experience in user research and usability testing is a plus.
