To whomsoever it may concern

This letter is provided for Mr. Raju Neela (“Contractor”), a full-time employee of Kforce Tech LLC DBA
Infosoft Solutions (“Employer”). Our preferred vendor Sumeru (“Vendor”) or UST Global Inc has sub-contracted
Employer for rendering the services of Contractor to perform services for our client, HP, located at 196 Princeton
Hightstown Road Building 2A Suite 14A, West Windsor Township, New Jersey-08550, for a minimum of 40 hours per
week.
Contractor has been an important contributing member as a Network Engineer to the project Network Automation.
During the tenure Apr 2023 to Mar 2025, contractor performs the following duties:

 Complete and submit firewall requests that will include


o Ips and Ports (Source/Destination);
o Subnets (Source/Destination);
o Micro-segmentation details;
o Destinationsecurity details
 Tracking and working with firewall request approvers to push to close tickets.
 Network quality assurances to ensure firewalls were implemented correctly
 Networking hands-on troubleshooting with client.
 Working with other UST network engineers to ensure tasks are being completed on time
including training and knowledge transfer to other engineers.
 Analysingapplication, infrastructures and related computing environments including systems
software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
 Advanced understanding of TCP/IP network protocols, including common application
protocols.
Presently Mr. Raju Neela is under the SOW # UST112787 which is valid through Mar 2025 This is expected to
be extended and renewed. UST Global’s Master Service Agreement is valid until Mar 2025.

This is a professional position, and as such, we require, at minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a
closely related firled or equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree

Kforce Tech LLC DBA Infosoft Solutions (“Employer”) has the sole responsibility for supervision and
management of its employee, Mr. Raju Neela (“Contractor”). Employer is solely responsible for paying Contractor’s
compensation and all employment related benefits and taxes. In addition, Employer has the sole authority to direct its
employee on the number of working hours, the working method(s) and/or the working pace on a daily basis. UST
Global has no employment relationship with Contractor.

Any assistance you may be able to offer in granting this petition will be greatly appreciated. We thank you
