The purpose of this weekly progress report is to evaluate the actual progress of the
internship against the expectations submitted in the internship proposal. It is one way to
update your faculty guide on your activities and progress during the internship.

The report has to include the following sections, providing as much detail as possible
and including specific examples:

 Introduction
This report documents my second week of internship at SVAVVASHAA
Technologies Pvt LTD. During this week, I expanded my knowledge of C#
development by setting up essential Visual Studio Code extensions and practicing
C# fundamentals through a banking simulation example. By applying C# concepts
in a real-world banking simulation scenario, I reinforced key programming
principles such as object-oriented design and structured coding. This hands-on
approach not only improved my problem-solving skills but also gave me
confidence in working on practical applications.

 Accomplishments and Work Performed
Summary of Activities and Tasks:

Installed necessary Visual Studio Code extensions for C# development:

 C#
 C# Dev Kit
 C# Extensions
 IntelliCode for C# Dev Kit

Explored the basics of C# using a Banking Simulation Example, covering:

Setting up a C# project in VS Code, including installing dependencies and

configuring the environment.

 Creating a structured folder system and organizing files properly.

 Designing a data list to store banking-related information.
 Implementing entities to represent bank customers, accounts, and transactions.
 Developing services to handle business logic, such as deposit, withdrawal, and
balance inquiries.
 Writing a Main Program to call and interact with these components,
demonstrating modular programming and best practice

 Plans for the Rest of the Internship

 Continue working on advanced C# concepts such as collections, file

handling, and exception management.
 Explore database integration with SQL Server using Entity Framework.
 Work on a mini-project that applies my learning to real-world business logic

d) Relationship to Your Academic Experience

Database Management

 Learning how to structure and manage data lists in the banking simulation
reinforced database concepts that I studied in coursework, preparing me for real-
world application development.

Problem-Solving and Logical Thinking

 Debugging and optimizing the banking simulation improved my problem-solving

abilities, which are essential skills covered in algorithm and coding courses.

 Conclusion
During the second week of my internship, I learned how to set up my development
environment in VS Code and practiced core C# programming concepts through a
banking simulation example. These experiences strengthened my understanding of
software development and object-oriented programming. Moving forward, I aim to
build on these concepts by working on more complex projects and contributing to
my team’s development efforts.
By applying theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios, I was able to develop a
practical understanding of programming principles. The structured approach to
learning, combined with hands-on coding exercises, has prepared me for upcoming
challenges in the internship. As I move forward, I am excited to take on more
responsibilities and deepen my expertise in C# and software development
