Create an animation using the tools panel and the properties panel to draw the

following – Line, pe , oval, circle, rectangle , square, pencil , brush , lasso tool.

1) Create an animation using the tools panel and the properties panel to draw the following – Line,
pen oval, circle, rectangle, square, pencil, brush, and lasso tool.

1. Open Blender and Set Up the Workspace

 Open Blender.
 Switch to 2D Animation Mode (File → New → 2D Animation).

Use Drawing Tools from the Tools Panel (T)


Select Line Tool:

Select the Line Tool from the Toolbar and draw straight lines.

Select pen tool and select the Grease Pencil Pen to draw freehand strokes.

Oval / Circle Tool : Choose the Arc Tool and draw circular or oval shapes.

Rectangle / Square Tool : Use the Rectangle Tool and hold Shift to create perfect squares

Pencil Tool : Select the Pencil Tool and draw freely.

Brush Tool : Use the Brush Tool to add artistic strokes.

Lasso Tool : Select the Lasso Tool to make freehand selections


Each tool can be customized using the Properties Panel (N) under Grease Pencil Settings (Adjust stroke
thickness, color, opacity).

Animate the Drawings

1. Go to Frame 1 and draw your first shape.


2. Move to Frame 10, enable Onion Skinning, and modify the shape.
3. Continue adding keyframes at different frames with new drawings.
4. Adjust Opacity & Stroke Weight from the Properties Panel for smooth animation.

Play & Render the Animation

 Press Spacebar to preview the animation.


 Render as MP4 or GIF (Render → Render Animation).

Save the file Animationdraw.blender

2) Create an animation using text tool to set the font, size, color etc.

1. Open Blender and Set Up the Scene

 Open Blender.
 Select File > New to start a new project.

2. Add Text to the Scene

 Press Shift + A and select Text from the menu.


 A default text object (usually "Text") will appear in the center of the scene.

3. Change Text Properties

 Select the Text object in the viewport.


 Go to the Properties Panel (right-side panel).

Change Text Content:

 In the Text Object tab (icon with the letter 'A'), you will see the text “Text”.
o Change the content by typing in the text field (e.g., type "Hello Blender").

Font Settings:

 In the same Text Object tab, you can adjust the font, size, and alignment:
o Font: Under the Font section, click Open to load a custom font file if needed.
o Size: Change the Size value to scale the text.
o Bold/Italic: You can toggle these settings on/off under Style.
Text Color:

 To change the color of the text:


o Go to the Material Properties (icon with a red sphere).
o Click New to create a new material.
o In the Surface section, change the Base Color to your desired color.

4. Position and Animate the Text

 Move to Frame 1 in the Timeline.


 Use the Move Tool (G) to position the text where you want it to start in the scene.

Animation Example: Animate the Text Appearance

A. Animate Text Scale (Size Over Time)

1. Go to Frame 1 and set the Size of the text in the Text Object tab to 1.0.
2. Hover over the Size field and press I to insert a keyframe.
3. Move to Frame 20 and change the Size value to 3.0.
4. Press I again to insert a keyframe for Size.
5. Blender will now animate the size of the text from small to large.

B. Animate Text Movement (Position Over Time)

1. Go to Frame 1 and use the Move Tool (G) to position the text in the starting location.
2. Insert a keyframe for Location (I → Location).
3. Move to Frame 40, reposition the text (e.g., move it across the screen), and insert another
keyframe for Location.

C. Animate Text Color Change (Over Time)

1. Go to Frame 1 and set the color you want (in the Material Properties tab).
2. Right-click on Base Color and select Insert Keyframe.
3. Move to a later frame (e.g., Frame 30) and change the Base Color to another color.
4. Insert another keyframe.

5. Finalizing and Rendering the Animation

 Play the Animation: Press Spacebar to preview the animation.


 Render the Animation:
o Go to the Render Properties tab and set your preferred output format (e.g., FFmpeg
video or PNG sequence).
o Render the animation (Ctrl + F12).

Save the file as texttool.blender


3) Modify the document (changing background color etc.)Using the following tools

1. Open Blender and Load Your Project

 Open Blender and load your existing project or create a new one.

Using Specific Tools for Modifications

✅ 1. Eraser Tool (For Grease Pencil Objects)

 Switch to Draw Mode (Tab) if using Grease Pencil.


 Select the Eraser Tool from the Toolbar (T key).
 Use it to erase parts of the drawing or text.

✅ 2. Hand Tool (For Navigation)

 Press and hold the Middle Mouse Button (MMB) to pan the viewport.
 Alternatively, hold Shift + MMB for a smoother pan effect.

✅ 3. Ink Bottle Tool (Change Stroke Appearance for Grease Pencil)

 Select a Grease Pencil Stroke.


 Open the Properties Panel (N key) and go to Stroke Settings.
 Adjust the stroke thickness, opacity, and style.

✅ 4. Zoom Tool (For Adjusting Viewport Zoom)

 Use Scroll Wheel (+ to zoom in, - to zoom out).


 Press Ctrl + Middle Mouse Button and drag to zoom manually.

✅ 5. Paint Bucket Tool (Fill Background or Objects)

 In Grease Pencil Mode, select the Fill Tool.


 Choose a color from the Color Picker and click to fill an area.
 If modifying a 3D object, go to the Material Properties tab:
o Create a New Material and adjust Base Color.

✅ 6. Eyedropper Tool (Pick Colors from Scene)

 Select the Eyedropper Tool from the Material Properties tab.


 Click on an object to sample its color and apply it elsewhere.

Final Steps

 After modifications, render the animation (Ctrl + F12) or export the document.
 Save your file to preserve changes.
