Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, architecture, and development of Salesforce solutions for Lead to Oppo
rtunity lifecycle management
Develop and implement lead assignment, routing, and scoring models to improve conve
rsion rates.
Build scalable automations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Pr
ocess Builder to enhance lead nurturing and opportunity creation
Optimize lead conversion processes by implementing best practices for data integrity, d
uplicate management, and validation rules
Design and implement robust opportunity management workflows, forecasting, and pip
eline tracking
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to integrate Salesforce with external lead so
urces, marketing automation platforms, and third-party applications
Develop and maintain custom API integrations to synchronize lead and opportunity data
across systems
Define and enforce data governance policies to ensure clean and accurate lead and opp
ortunity records
Implement AI-powered lead qualification and predictive analytics to improve sales effici
ency
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for a team of Salesforce deve
lopers Establish best practices for development, testing, deployment, and DevOps auto
mation using CI/CD pipelines
Conduct system audits, performance tuning, and security assessments to maintain a hig
h-performing Salesforce environment Work closely with stakeholders, including Sales, M
arketing, and Business Operations, to translate business needs into scalable technical sol
utions
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and enhancements, implementing relev
ant features to drive innovation
Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and documentation efforts to improve adop
tion and system usability
Qualifications & Experience
9+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 6+ years specializing in Lea
d to Opportunity processes
Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including lead management, opportunity lifec
ycle, and forecasting.
Extensive hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flows Deep und
erstanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
Experience integrating Salesforce with marketing automation tools, lead capture forms,
and external data sources.
Strong knowledge of API development, middleware solutions, and event-driven architec
ture Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, deduplication strategies, and process optimiz
ation.
Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, version control, and deployment automation.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
.
Strong communication and stakeholder management experience, with the ability to coll
aborate across teams Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform
Developer II, or Application/System Architect are highly preferred Knowledge of AI-
driven lead scoring and predictive analytics is a plus
