1. Overview ....................................................................................... 1
This program enables you to manage the files of results data created on the NEXIV system.
It offers the five management functions:
(2) Copy
Enables you to save to a floppy disk the file that stores the measurement results obtained
up until now.
(3) Delete
Enables you to the delete measurement results file created on the hard disk.
(4) Display
Displays the results of measurement executed by the NEXIV AutoMeasure.
(5) Edit
Enables you to edit the results of measurement executed by the NEXIV AutoMeasure,
such as entering messages, specifying item names, and enable output.
(4) Custom
Converts the items of a results file that are defined by the user. From the items listed
below, the user selects the ones that are required in the new file.
・ Data Format Vertical or horizontal
・ Header Execution file name, lot number, and/or message

・ Title_2 Sample number, or a pair of lot name and sample number
・ Data Date, time, Run time, Result, nominal value, and/or tolerance
(5) DXF

converted. Such results are converted to the following DXF features:
Point : Point feature
Line : Line feature
Circle : Circle feature
Arc : Circle feature
Profile : Multiple line features
2.2 Copy
The copy function copies the measurement results file created on the hard disk and saves it on
a different disk. The destination disk is specified by the user; otherwise, the default of drive
A: (floppy disk) is selected.
Files can be saved by the teaching file name (covering all data used in the teaching), lot name,
or sample number.
2.3 Delete
The delete function deletes the measurement results file created on the hard disk. Files can be
deleted by the teaching file name (covering all data used in the teaching), lot name, or sample
number.
2.4 Display
The Display function displays the results data created with the NEXIV AutoMeasure. The
display consists of a list of tool names and their results, as well as the execution file name,
message, date/time, run time, and measurement result OK/NG.
2.5 Edit
The edit function enables you, for each tool, to enter a message, change item names, set output
items (which will be included in the conversion process), and enter nominal value, tolerance,
etc. If these pieces of data went unspecified in the teaching on the NEXIV system, for
example, they can be entered with the edit function.
When the result data management program is activated, it displays the results files created up
until then, showing their teaching file names, lot names, sample numbers, and results. If any
file you have created is not displayed, select the Refresh Window command from the Window
menu to update the files information.

available for conversion.
