◆ Recommended login method is "Email".

◆ For the first time you log in, you need to adjust the language in the upper right corner. If you have a mix of English and Chinese after

log in, please switch the language to Chinese and then back to the language you need.

If you haven't received your initial password by

Password Policy:

02 How to learn?
 Overview

◆ Task: You can find your learning history, exam, course, registration status and suvey.

◆ Program: You can acquire your MCSR/CCAC/MCST certificate by completing all the tasks in a program.

◆ Knowledge: Public course, no certificate will be issued upon completion. Public course resources are

continually being updated.

 Find Programmes

◆ All service qualification training is in this module.

◆ Programme centre: Shown are programs that allow

for self-directed study choices.

◆ My programmes: Shown are programs based on

contracted models, assigned by your supervisor, or

selected by you in the Programme Center.

◆ Channel trainees don't need to choose a programme, they can only learn in my programme center, and only

Mindray employees need to assign a programme to themselves in the programme center.

• Internal Personnel Approval Line: the trainee's immediate supervisor approves, in line with the PORTAL approval line, if the
immediate supervisor does not have a person set up, it will be approved by the HQ training group, Benjamin.
• Channel engineer approval line : Branch Channel Supervisor - Branch Service Manager - Regional Channel Manager -
Regional Production Line Manager - Regional Service Manager Approval, in order of approval, if the personnel is not
maintained in order upwards, as long as the approval of a role is completed, the process is over.

◆ Please note: There is a time limit to register, so please have your supervisor complete the

review before the time runs out.

◆ If the review is not completed within the time limit, the registration will fail.

 Apply for Oral Examination ——for CCAC and MCST

If you are applied for MCST or CCAC qualification program, you will need to apply for oral examination.

Here's an example of a MCST program.

◆ Go to program details and click on I want to take an oral exam

◆ Note: You need to obtain the appropriate

MCSR or CCAC qualification in order to

take the corresponding MCST certificate.

Otherwise, it is no way to apply for an

oral exam.

Choose whether or not to upload attachments according to the actual requirements, and the lecturer

will mark after submission.

◆ Proof of field service or competency can be attached.(Optional not required)

 Lecturers Record Grades
◆ In CCAC program, only one lecturer is

needed.

◆ In MCST program, two lecturers are

required to mark the exam, and the results

will not be displayed until both lecturers

have marked the exam.

◆ Click on View Details to see the marking

record.

◆ Failure of the oral exam requires re-

registration.
 Certificate Enquiry
My qualifications: It will show you all the qualifications you have acquired.

◆ You can choose which certificates you need to download.

◆ If you cannot find your certificate, please consult with trainer.

 Certificate Style
◆ Please note that we have upgraded the style of the Certificates!
◆ For compliance control reasons, trainee certificates are always valid on the learning platform and can be viewed by trainees
at any time. However, if a certificate needs to be downloaded, it is valid from the date of download until 31 December of the
year, after which it can be re-downloaded on the platform.
◆ If you need a longer valid training certificate for bidding, please contact Mindray's interface to apply for the training
certificate required for bidding in portal.

FAQ
Q: Why can't I start a program?

A: Pre-requisites need to be met before starting the program.

Q: How to deal with the prompt "You do not have permission to view the current content"?
A: If you have no access, it is because the administrator has set the browsing permission, please
contact the training department.

Q: How do I check my learning record?

A: On the Task page, there is a learning history on the right side. You can view your course/training

records. Or you can click on the completed program to check learning record.
