Our team building was conducted on February 19, 2024 at Philip’s Sanctuary- located at
Pestaño Farm, Sitio Palinglingan, Brgy San Juan, Antipolo Rizal, Philippines the over all
experience was fun and enjoyable This team-building event aims to foster stronger
relationships among team members, enhance communication, and promote collaboration in
a fun and engaging environment. By participating in various activities, this will bring hope to
build trust, improve problem-solving skills, and create a unified and motivated team ready to
tackle challenges together. Our call time was at 8:00 am once everyone is gathered the
program started at exactly 9:30 am our game facilitator was kuya Jason he prepared 3
activities involving water and and land we were divided into 2 teams 1st team was teamawa
and the 2nd team was latina the over all experience was very enjoyable and tiring the most
enjoyable activity for me was the lagoon activities I this activity I made new friends along the
ways they were so approachable and friendly. There are challenges that tested both teams
teamwork and determination as I observe the whole team building it made me relax at the
my mind to not worry about things considering I am an over thinker person it helps me
mentally and emotionally. I would recommend this kind of team building because not only it
can relax you body and mind it will also help you develop friendship and lastly will help you
test how to strategize and develop trust and team work
