Role – Technology Analyst/Technology Lead

Job Responsibilities and Pre-requisites:

As a Technical Trainer you will work extensively with customers, partners, and Implementation teams.
The work requires providing sessions to/enable Finacle customers and partners on the Technicalities of
Finacle. Support/managing the environments for Trainings.

You may also be involved in Implementation of Finacle, which requires the knowledge to gather,
understand and define business requirements, reengineer, and map them to technology features;
configure, customize, deploy, document, and support the firm’s technology platform, monitor and
troubleshoot customer issues

Experience: 2-7 years

What is expected from you?

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

Should be willing to take up frequent short-term travels (up to 30 days) to client locations (within and
outside India)
Basic understanding of technologies like UNIX, SQL (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and Java, REST APIs, Eclipse,
nodejs, react js, polymer.

API/Web-services knowledge for interfacing aspects.

Experience in software containerization platforms like Docker and container orchestration tools like
Kubernetes, Openshift.

Experience in deploying and debugging Cloud applications.

Prior work experience in technical areas of Finacle Channels (DEH/OBMB/FAS/FMT etc..) applications –
Deployment, Customization, trouble shooting is desirable.
