The poster's theme is about internet security, safety, and privacy which are

very important for our digital lives. To understand this theme, we need to
look at different ethical theories, freedom of expression, intellectual property
rights, and relevant Philippine laws.

Ethical theories help people make moral decisions. There are different ethical
theories that are relevant to internet security, safety, and privacy. Relativism
suggests that moral principles are subjective and depend on the situation.
This means we should respect different cultural norms and values when
dealing with cybersecurity in different communities.

The Divine Command Theory says that ethical principles come from religious
teachings. In the digital world, this means that we should protect people's
privacy and security according to religious values.

Consequentialism and Utilitarianism focus on the outcomes or consequences

of actions. In the context of internet security, these theories suggest that we
should take actions that maximize well-being and minimize harm. For
example, prioritizing cybersecurity measures and respecting privacy rights
online.

Kantianism emphasizes moral duty and respect for individual autonomy. In

the digital world, this means we should protect people's personal information
and privacy, and see individuals as ends in themselves, not just means to an
end.

The theme of the poster aligns with freedom of expression, which is very
important for people's rights. While cybersecurity is important, we should
also protect people's right to free speech and expression. This means that
cybersecurity laws and regulations should balance security and individual
freedoms.

Intellectual property rights are important for creativity, innovation, and brand
integrity. However, these rights should be balanced with the principles of fair
use, especially in the context of free expression online. Overly restrictive
intellectual property regimes can stifle innovation and impede the free flow
of information on the Internet.

Philippine laws such as the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 and the Anti-
Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009 aim to protect people's rights and
privacy in the digital world. However, these laws need to adapt to changing
cybersecurity challenges to be effective.
