Abstract
In today’s fast-paced world, meditation has become increasingly popular to achieve inner peace and well-
being. However, many individuals face challenges in finding time and space for traditional meditation practices.
Virtual Reality (VR) technology offers a solution by providing immersive meditation experiences accessible from
anywhere. Our VR meditation application offers a transformative journey towards inner peace and well-being.
Users can meditate alone or in groups through guided sessions and interactive environments, fostering relaxation
and mindfulness. By leveraging VR technology, we aim to provide accessible meditation experiences that cater
to diverse needs and preferences, promoting holistic wellness.
